The Franklin Hornets basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Central Catholic Eagles to 59 in the Hornets non-league victory on Monday.

The Hornets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 7.

The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record.
