McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets (Mobile, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Montgomery Vikings (Semmes, AL), 51-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McGill-Toolen upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Murphy (Mobile, AL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Murphy lost 57-29 in their recent non-league bout against UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Baker Hornets (Mobile, AL) in a 7A Area 1 bout, on Friday, December 10. Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 53-24 non-league loss to Blount (Eight Mile, AL).
