Dysart Demons (El Mirage, AZ) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Demons face the Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 9. Dysart will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.

The Pride now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kofa for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 10. Mountain Pointe will face a Kings team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Cibola (Yuma, AZ). The Kings record now stands at 0-2.
