New York High School Basketball - Alden ripped by Le Roy
December 6, 2022: Alden, NY 14004 The Le Roy Oatkan Knights basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Alden Bulldogs to 27 in the Oatkan Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Oatkan Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hornell for a Section 5 Livingston County I contest on Friday, December 9. Le Roy will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 69-58 non-league win over York (Retsof, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
The Bulldogs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Barker (Barker, NY). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Barker was routed by Notre Dame (Batavia, NY), 86-61, in a non-league contest.
