December 6, 2022: Bardstown, KY 40004 The Bardstown Tigers basketball team (Bardstown, KY), was overwhelmed 73-44 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY)
The Shamrocks now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waggener for a District 27 battle on Friday, December 9. Trinity will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 65-57 non-league loss to Amherst Central (Amherst, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Nelson County (Bardstown, KY). The Cardinals come into the District 19 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Nelson County was overwhelmed by Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY), 88-67, in a non-league battle.
