Virginia High School Basketball - Peninsula Catholic nudges Benedictine

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Peninsula Catholic Knights (Newport News, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA), by a margin of 46-43.

The Knights (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA). The Vikings go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Brunswick Academy held off Varsity Opponent (, ), 68-62, in a non-league outing.

The Cadets now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Virginia Episcopal School for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 8. Benedictine will clash with a Bishops squad coming off a 85-59 non-league loss to Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Bishops record now stands at 3-4.
