New Mexico High School Basketball - Clayton overwhelms Boise City
December 6, 2022: Clayton, NM 88415 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Clayton Yellowjackets (Clayton, NM) and the visiting Boise City Wildcats (Boise City, OK), saw Clayton's basketball squad wallop Boise City by a count of 78-35.
With the victory, Clayton upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Grady (Grady, NM) to play the Bronchos in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Bronchos come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Grady lost 43-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Tatum (Tatum, NM)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Boise City will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
