The Beatty Rangers (Cassopolis, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Three Rivers Wildcats (Three Rivers, MI), 58-52 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Rangers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Bangor (Bangor, MI). The Vikings go into the Southwest 10 test with a 1-0 record.
