December 6, 2022: Grand Rapids, MI 49506 Christian Eagles (Grand Rapids, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting South Christian Sailors (Grand Rapids, MI), 58-48 in a league bout.
With the win, Christian upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Hudsonville (Hudsonville, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Hudsonville won 61-48 in their recent non-league bout against East Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MI)
Next up, the Sailors play the Holland Christian Maroons (Holland, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. South Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Maroons go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 58-48 non-league loss to Zeeland East (Zeeland, MI).
