December 6, 2022: Clinton, MS 39056 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS) and the visiting Pearl Pirates (Pearl, MS), saw Clinton's basketball squad wallop Pearl by a tally of 67-34.
With the victory, Clinton improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Arrows host Meridian (Meridian, MS) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Meridian lost 53-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Raymond (Raymond, MS)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Madison Central Jaguars (Madison, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Pearl will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 53-47 non-league win over Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS).
