California High School Basketball - Contra Costa Christian tops Jewish Community
December 6, 2022: San Francisco, CA 94115 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Contra Costa Christian Cougars (Walnut Creek, CA) and the host Jewish Community Wolves (San Francisco, CA), saw Contra Costa Christian's basketball squad knock off Jewish Community by a tally of 62-44.
With the victory, Contra Costa Christian improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Cristo Rey De La Salle (Oakland, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Cristo Rey De La Salle won 70-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Emery (Emeryville, CA)
Next up, the Wolves play the Pacific Bay Christian Eagles (Pacifica, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Jewish Community will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 71-44 non-league loss to Westmoor (Daly City, CA).
