The Elton Indians basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting DeQuincy Tigers to 37 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jennings for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13.

The Tigers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lacassine (Lacassine, LA). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Lacassine was defeated by Barbe (Lake Charles, LA), 84-83, in a non-league contest.
