Texas High School Basketball - Richland tops Fort Worth Christian
December 6, 2022: North Richland Hills, TX 76180 Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Fort Worth Christian Cardinals (North Richland Hills, TX), 72-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Richland upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Royals travel to North Central Texas Academy (Granbury, TX) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 11-8. North Central Texas Academy won 75-26 in their recent non-league bout against Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Oakridge Owls (Arlington, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Fort Worth Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Owls come into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 67-50 non-league win over Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX).
