December 6, 2022: Rootstown, OH 44272 Garfield G-Men (Garrettsville, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rootstown Rovers (Rootstown, OH), 76-68 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Garfield upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The G-Men host Berkshire (Burton, OH) to play the Badgers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Badgers go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Berkshire lost 48-47 in their recent non-league bout against Brooklyn (Brooklyn, OH)
Next up, the Rovers play the Waterloo Vikings (Atwater, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Rootstown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 60-47 non-league loss to Mogadore (Mogadore, OH).
