Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA), 54-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Palm Desert upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Heritage (Menifee, CA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Heritage lost 70-31 in their recent non-league bout against Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA)

Next up, the Lancers play the Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. La Salle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
