Illinois High School Basketball - Riverside-Brookfield crushes Ridgewood
December 6, 2022: Riverside, IL 60546 Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL), 73-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Riverside-Brookfield upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL) to clash with the Knights in a Metro Suburban bout on Friday, December 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Chicago Christian lost 63-51 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL)
Next up, the Rebels clash with the Madison Trojans (Madison, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Ridgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 87-31 non-league loss to Guyer (Denton, TX).
