Michigan High School Basketball - Advanced Tech Academy tipped by Melvindale
December 6, 2022: Dearborn, MI 48126 The Melvindale Cardinals basketball team scored 23 points and held the host Advanced Tech Academy Lakers to 18 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Melvindale will meet a Bears team coming off a 40-34 non-league loss to Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI). The Bears record now stands at 1-1.
The Lakers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ecorse (Ecorse, MI). The Raiders enter the Michigan Metro contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Ecorse was nudged by Chandler Park Academy (Harper Woods, MI), 51-30, in a non-league contest.
