New Mexico High School Basketball - Boise City knocked off by Clayton
December 6, 2022: Clayton, NM 88415 The Clayton Yellowjackets basketball team scored 28 points and held the visiting Boise City Wildcats to 15 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Jon for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Clayton will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 41-18 non-league loss to Dora (Dora, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 0-1.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Booker (Booker, TX). The Kiowas enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Booker was defeated by Follett (Follett, TX), 39-34, in a non-league contest.
