December 6, 2022: Tyler, TX 75702 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Tyler Lions (Tyler, TX) and the visiting Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX), saw Tyler's basketball squad overcome Chapel Hill by a tally of 57-39.
With the victory, Tyler improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Longview (Longview, TX) to play the Lobos in a 5A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Longview won 49-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Whitney (Whitney, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Martins Mill Mustangs (Ben Wheeler, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Chapel Hill will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 55-37 non-league loss to Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX).
