December 6, 2022: Eagle Point, OR 97524 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Eagle Point Eagles (Eagle Point, OR) and the visiting Mazama Vikings (Klamath Falls, OR), saw Eagle Point's basketball squad hold off Mazama by a tally of 53-47.
With the victory, Eagle Point improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Crater (Central Point, OR) to play the Comets in a 5A Midwestern challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Vikings play the Redmond Panthers (Redmond, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Mazama will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 66-58 non-league win over Henley (Klamath Falls, OR).
