The Eagles now possess a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a 3A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, December 13. Tatum will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-48 non-league loss to Geneva (Boerne, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-9.
The Lions (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Hill (Longview, TX). The Panthers come into the 4A Region III District 17 battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Spring Hill was overwhelmed by Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX), 58-27, in a non-league battle.
