California High School Basketball - Willows ripped by Anderson
December 6, 2022: Anderson, CA 96007 The Anderson Cubs basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Willows Honkers to 17 in the Cubs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cubs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Shasta for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Anderson will meet a Bears team coming off a 61-35 non-league loss to River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Bears record now stands at 2-2.
The Honkers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA). The Bears enter the contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Pierce was routed by Orland (Orland, CA), 61-32, in a non-league contest.
