New Mexico High School Basketball - Hozho Academy crushes Navajo Pine
December 6, 2022: Navajo, NM 87328 Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM), 51-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hozho Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wolves host Rehoboth Christian (Rehoboth, NM) to play the Lynx in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Lynx go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Warriors play the Wingate Bears (Fort Wingate, NM) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Navajo Pine will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 56-18 non-league loss to Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM).
