North Carolina High School Basketball - North Davidson thwarts Southwestern Randolph
December 6, 2022: Asheboro, NC 27205 The North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) basketball knocked off the host Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC), 48-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Black Knights (4-0) will now prepare for their test against North Wilkes (Hays, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, North Wilkes went down by East Wilkes (Ronda, NC), 43-27, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity for a non-league test on Friday, December 9. Southwestern Randolph will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-48 non-league win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
