The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) basketball nipped the visiting William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA), 43-40 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Fishburne Military (Waynesboro, VA). The Caissons go into the test with a 0-1 record.
