December 6, 2023: Harrison, MI 48625 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Roscommon Bucks (Roscommon, MI) and the host Harrison Hornets (Harrison, MI), saw Roscommon's basketball squad wallop Harrison by a tally of 67-37.
With the victory, Roscommon improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bucks host Northern Michigan Christian (McBain, MI) to confront the Comets in a Highland challenge on Wednesday, December 13. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Northern Michigan Christian lost 56-39 in their recent league challenge against Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Beaverton Beavers (Beaverton, MI) in a Jack Pine challenge, on Friday, December 8. Harrison will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Beavers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 54-18 non-league win over Tawas Area (Tawas City, MI).
