Michigan High School Basketball - North Muskegon holds off Manistee
December 6, 2023: North Muskegon, MI 49445 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the North Muskegon Norsemen (North Muskegon, MI) and the visiting Manistee Chippewas (Manistee, MI), saw North Muskegon's basketball squad hold off Manistee by a tally of 52-47.
With the victory, North Muskegon improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Norsemen travel to Mason County Central (Scottville, MI) to confront the Spartans in a Western Michigan Lakes - Rivers challenge on Friday, December 8. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Chippewas confront the Oakridge Eagles (Muskegon, MI) in a Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes challenge, on Friday, December 8. Manistee will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 76-34 non-league win over Shelby (Shelby, MI).
