The Carencro Bears basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Northwest Raiders to 24 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bears now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Thomas More for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Carencro will meet a Cougars team coming off a 40-19 non-league win over New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-2.

The Raiders (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Bunkie (Bunkie, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Bunkie was crushed by East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA), 73-64, in a non-league bout.
