California High School Basketball - Pacific Ridge can't hold off Southwest SD
December 6, 2023: Carlsbad, CA 92009 The Pacific Ridge Firebird basketball team (Carlsbad, CA), was nudged 51-50 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Southwest SD Raiders (San Diego, CA)
The Raiders now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Escondido Charter for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Southwest SD will battle a White Tigers team coming off a 70-20 non-league win over Orange Glen (Escondido, CA). The White Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
The Firebird (0-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop's (La Jolla, CA). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Bishop's was nudged by Christian (El Cajon, CA), 61-58, in a non-league battle.
