Texas High School Basketball - Centennial knocks off Burkburnett
December 6, 2024: Burleson, TX 76028 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Centennial Spartans basketball team scored a good 65-57 win over the Burkburnett Bulldogs.
The Spartans (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Midlothian Heritage was topped by Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX), 70-68, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Life Waxahachie Mustangs (Waxahachie, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Burkburnett will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 49-45 non-league win over Northwest (Justin, TX).
