In Friday's non-league contest, the host Vista Ridge Wolves basketball team scored a close 65-63 triumph over the Castle View Sabercats.

The Wolves (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Grizzlies go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Mesa Ridge was tipped by Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO), 47-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Sabercats battle the Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Castle View will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Nighthawks go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 82-48 non-league loss to ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO).
