Arkansas High School Basketball - Cave City victorious over Walnut Ridge
December 6, 2024: Cave City, AR 72521 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cave City Cavemen basketball team scored a good 64-54 triumph over the Walnut Ridge Bobcats.
The Cavemen (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Timbo (Timbo, AR). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Timbo topped Norfork (Norfork, AR), 61-51, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Manila Lions (Manila, AR) in a 3A Region 3 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Walnut Ridge will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 79-66 non-league win over Ridgefield Christian (Jonesboro, AR).
