Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Austin nips Kingwood
December 6, 2024: Kingwood, TX 77339 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 45-44 triumph over the Kingwood Mustangs.
The Bulldogs (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 12-0 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Travis nipped Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO), 76-57, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Rockwall Yellowjackets (Rockwall, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Kingwood will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 61-48 non-league win over Alief Elsik (Houston, TX).
