The Cypress Creek Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Spring Lions to 33 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Stratford for a 6A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, December 10. Cypress Creek will confront a Spartans team coming off a 74-39 non-league win over Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.
