Michigan High School Basketball - Salem overwhelms Franklin
December 6, 2024: Livonia, MI 48150 The Salem Rocks basketball team scored 51 points and limited the host Franklin Patriots to 26 in the Rocks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rocks now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Salem will confront a Falcons team coming off a 56-34 non-league loss to King (Detroit, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Franklin falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Walled Lake Western lost 65-13 in their recent league challenge against Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI)
