December 6, 2024: Eunice, LA 70535 The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Kinder Yellowjackets to 43 in the Fighting Blue Jays non-league triumph on Friday.
The Fighting Blue Jays now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sulphur for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. St. Edmund will confront a Golden Tors team coming off a 51-38 non-league win over Kinder (Kinder, LA). The Golden Tors record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Kinder falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, December 9.
