The Lake Creek Lions basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Ridge Point Panthers to 34 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Montgomery for a 5A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, December 10. Lake Creek will confront a Bears team coming off a 52-36 non-league loss to Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Bears record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Ridge Point falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to confront the Knights in a 6A Region III District 21 game on Tuesday, December 10.
