Alabama High School Basketball - Life Christian Academy knocks off Tabernacle
December 6, 2024: Gardendale, AL 35071 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Life Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored a good 35-27 win over the Tabernacle Torches.
The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Christian (Rainsville, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Cornerstone Christian defeated Mt. Pleasant Christian (Blountsville, AL), 41-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Torches battle the Brooklane Baptist Eagles (Hueytown, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Tabernacle will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 55-5 non-league loss to Glen Iris Baptist (Birmingham, AL).
