California High School Basketball - Westridge bested by Providence
December 6, 2024: Pasadena, CA 91105 Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA), 36-24 in a league match.
With the victory, Providence advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Burbank (Burbank, CA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, December 9. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 5-3. Burbank lost 37-34 in their recent non-league match against Cajon (San Bernardino, CA)
The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chadwick for a Prep match on Tuesday, December 10. Westridge will meet a Dolphins squad coming off a 58-7 non-league win over Pomona (Pomona, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 1-2.
