California High School Soccer - Hoover toppled by Santa Maria
December 6, 2024: Fresno, CA 93710 Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Santa Maria advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Minarets (O'Neals, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, December 7. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-0. Minarets won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Sierra (Tollhouse, CA)
The Patriots now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Summit Charter Collegiate Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, December 7. Hoover will clash with a Bears team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Parlier (Parlier, CA). The Bears record now stands at 1-0.
