The Weiss Wolves (Pflugerville, TX) basketball edged the host Cedar Ridge Raiders (Round Rock, TX), 79-74 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wolves now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. Weiss will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-57 non-league win over St. Michael's (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Cedar Ridge falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX) to play the Warriors in a 6A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, December 9.
