Washington High School Basketball - Walla Walla Valley Academy holds off College Place

The Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting College Place Hawks to 64 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Yakama Nation Tribal for a 1B Southeast Grape game on Monday, December 8. Walla Walla Valley Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 86-28 league win over Prescott (Prescott, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, College Place moves to 1-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Naches Valley (Naches, WA) to clash with the Rangers in a 1A South Central outing on Tuesday, December 9. The Rangers come into the outing with a record of 2-0. Naches Valley won 67-47 in their recent non-league outing against Mabton (Mabton, WA)
