The Corning Cardinals got by the visiting Paradise Bobcats basketball squad by a final score of 43-39 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Red Bluff Spartans (Red Bluff, CA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 9. Corning will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 56-31 non-league win over Fall River (McArthur, CA).

The Bobcats (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Princeton (Princeton, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Princeton was edged by Maxwell (Maxwell, CA), 80-45, in a non-league game.
