In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Covenant Classical Cavaliers (Fort Worth, TX) basketball team triumphed over the visiting Regents Academy Eagles (Nacogdoches, TX), by a score of 82-21.

The Cavaliers (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity Valley (Fort Worth, TX). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Trinity Valley trounced Methodist Children's Home (Waco, TX), 56-10, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the LEAD Academy Lions (Lufkin, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, December 9. Regents Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 57-37 non-league loss to King's Academy (Tyler, TX).
