In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) basketball squad trounced the visiting Euclid Panthers (Euclid, OH), by a score of 65-35.

Next, the Fighting Irish clash with the Padua Franciscan Bruins (Parma, OH) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 9. St. Vincent-St. Mary will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 72-64 non-league win over Maple Heights (Maple Heights, OH).

With the loss, Euclid falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Mentor (Mentor, OH) to play the Cardinals in a Greater Cleveland bout on Friday, December 12.
