The Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI) basketball toppled the host Fond du Lac Cardinals (Fond du Lac, WI), 79-68 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Highlanders now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Nicolet for a North Shore test on Friday, December 12. Homestead will play a Knights team coming off a 64-59 league loss to Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI). The Knights record now stands at 0-2.
