The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Fossil Ridge SaberCats (Fort Collins, CO) and the visiting Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO), observed Fossil Ridge's basketball team knock off Liberty by a score of 88-73.

The SaberCats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Buffaloes come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Smoky Hill was knocked off by Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO), 68-37, in a non-league challenge.
