The Highland Huskies (Ault, CO) basketball trounced the host Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO), 73-43 in Saturday's non-league test.

Next, the Huskies encounter the Merino Rams (Merino, CO) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 12. Highland will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 44-34 non-league loss to Wray (Wray, CO).

The Saints (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Nucla (Nucla, CO). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Nucla walloped Sangre de Cristo (Mosca, CO), 47-46, in a non-league battle.
