The Lowry Buckaroos basketball squad (Winnemucca, NV), lost 62-54 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Virgin Valley Bulldogs (Mesquite, NV)

With the victory, Virgin Valley advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to GV Christian (Henderson, NV) to meet the Guardians in a 3A Southern - Southern battle on Monday, December 8. The Guardians enter the battle with a record of 1-0. GV Christian won 56-11 in their recent league battle against Cristo Rey St. Viator (North Las Vegas, NV)

The Buckaroos now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wooster for a non-league contest on Monday, December 8. Lowry will battle a Colts team coming off a 64-42 non-league win over North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Colts record now stands at 1-0.
