The Sandia Prep Sundevils basketball squad (Albuquerque, NM), was nudged 64-58 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM)

The Monarchs (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Highland edged Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 69-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Sundevils encounter the West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 9. Sandia Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
